Rea of Hope Fellowship Home, named after AA member Betsy Fletcher Rea, is a sober living organization for West Virginia women that fosters recovery from alcohol and/or drug addiction, and promotes self-reliance. Residents of Rea of Hope focus on their recovery in a 12 step-based program in houses that are staffed 24 hours a day to ensure a supportive and safe environment. Residents are required to work, attend school or volunteer at n approved location. After graduation New Life Apartments are available which will provide an affordable beginning. The staff continues working with each participant to get their credit, fines, and other financial and legal problems taken care of. That would allow them to concentrate on their recovery.
